On December 17th 2012 up to 50 Activists of the political coalition “Georgian Dream” invaded administrative building of the city of Poti, they broke into the session of the council and did not gave possibility to the council to continue work. As the result the procedure of the election head of Poti municipal council was terminated and council was not able to continue session. The low enforcement agencies did not take any action to protect LG elected officials and give them possibility to execute their mandate.
