The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is launching a competition for young delegates from its 46 member countries. Winners will have the opportunity to participate in the Congress’s plenary sessions in March and October 2025.

Young delegates, aged 18 to 30, will engage in dialogue with elected local and regional representatives from different countries and share their views on key issues under discussion.

Applications are open until December 31, 2024.
