Kakha Kaladze, Mayor of Tbilisi Municipality, has been elected for a third term as President of the National Association of Local Authorities of Georgia (NALAG).
This decision was made at the 8th regular session of NALAG’s National Assembly, where delegates representing all 64 self-governing units of the country cast their votes through open ballot.
Kakha Kaladze was first elected as President of the Association at the 6th National Assembly held in 2017. Over these years, in parallel with his activities in the position of the organization’s President, Kakha Kaladze has led the Georgian delegation presented in the Chamber of Local Authorities of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe.
