Project objective: To strengthen the capacity of local governments, youth, and civil society organizations (CSOs) in two selected municipalities of Georgia to support localization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a focus on child-centered social programming. The initiative will aim to:
– Enhance awareness and engagement of stakeholders (municipal staff, CSOs, youth) in the SDG localization process.
– Improve the capacity of municipalities to develop and implement child-friendly social programs and allocate resources through child-centered budget analysis.
– Foster collaboration between municipalities, youth, and CSOs for sustainable, inclusive social services delivery that addresses the needs of children and vulnerable families.
