The partner organization of the Association of Local Authorities of Georgia (NALAG), the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, has announced a call for applications for young delegates from 46 countries to participate in the Congress plenary sessions planned for 2026.

Young delegates will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with elected representatives from various countries at the local and regional levels, express their own views on the issues under discussion, bring a youth perspective to the Congress debates and documents, and gain valuable international experience.

This Congress initiative will also support delegates in developing various projects and implementing them in their home countries.

The deadline for submitting applications is 15 December 2025.
