Project objective: BRIGHT project is a significant opportunity to help local authorities, local businesses, and civil society organizations in partner countries to exchange best practices on the aforementioned issues. For Georgian, Moldovan, and Turkish beneficiaries, the project offers an opportunity to acquire the experience of EU member states to become more efficient and avoid possible mistakes in the pre-accession period.

Preject Description: The BRIGHT project aims to strengthen regional cooperation in the Black Sea Basin by promoting climate adaptation actions, sustainable ecosystem management, and collaborative governance among public institutions and local stakeholders.
Project General Objective:
To empower public authorities in planning, implementing, and monitoring sustainable energy and climate policies by optimizing geographical and technical synergies and complementarities between four cross-border partners, building mutual trust and encouraging people-to-people actions for achieving a resilient Black Sea region.
Project Specific Objective:
To enhance the institutional capacity of local and regional authorities to design and implement climate adaptation measures and sustainable ecosystem management practices through knowledge exchange, pilot initiatives, and cross-border cooperation among partner countries in the Black Sea Basin.
