Project Title: Creation of a Cultural Center (Hub)

Project Objective: Within the framework of the EU-UNDP Mayors for Economic Growth initiative, a human-centered design approach was used to plan the creation of a cultural center (hub) at the Niko Lortkipanidze House-Museum. The goal is to provide essential services to visitors in a single space. As part of the project, the existing public space—the amphitheater—was rehabilitated, and new restrooms were constructed.
