During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation between the municipalities of Georgia and Lithuania. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Lithuanian Ambassador and NALAG representatives discussed the priorities for mutual cooperation and outlined specific directions for deepening even more active and close ties between the municipalities of the two countries.
Darius Vitkauskas was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Georgia on August 6 of this year.
