USAID/ICCAMGR Hosted its fifth Stakeholders' Coordination Panel

On March 4, 2016, at 10:00, at the Room’s Hotel, the USAID funded program the Institutionalization of Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation in Georgian Regions (ICCAMGR) hosted its fifth Stakeholders’ Coordination Panel. The purpose of the panel was to exchange knowledge and coordinate activities among stakeholders and partners who work in the areas of energy efficiency as well climate change mitigation and adaption. In addition, the panel also discussed ICCAMGR’s Road Map findings.

The stakeholders’ coordination panel, which is comprised of international and non-governmental organizations, governmental bodies and representatives of local authorities, would provide a mechanism for all participants to discuss future plans and to coordinate activities with other stakeholders. The Stakeholders’ Coordination Panel was created within the USAID funded ICCAMGR program, which is implemented by the National Association of Local Authorities of Georgia (NALAG).
